I love my flats. With all the running around I do as a mom, they are my ultimate go-to shoes! With so many variations from ballerina flats, to printed, to peep toe flats, a girl really has lots of fun options these days.

Printed flats in particular, are my latest shoe obsessions. You can go girly with a floral print or bow detailing, sassy with a leopard print and nautical with stripes. Below are just a couple of my favorites. It's so hard to choose!

What do you do at Zappos?

C: I'm an apparel stylist and I specialize in our Juniors/Surf/Skate brands.

Any fun facts about yourself? 

C: Before working at Zappos, I was merchandise managing for a band traveling across the country in a tour bus. 

Describe your personal style:

C: My personal style reflects my mood which varies from day to day. I draw inspiration from everyone and everything while making it my own. I love how there are endless possibilities with fashion. You can mix and match pieces in so many different ways. A piece can look completely different on one person than it did on another. Fashion is very comparable to art. The people are the canvas and the clothing is the medium. It is a wonderful way of expressing yourself.

What was your last Zappos purchase, or what is your dream purchase?:

C: I want a pair of Frye Shirley over-the-knee riding boots so bad!
