Today is the big day. You know, Tony Hawk: SHRED hits video game stores today and Zoo York pro skater Chaz Ortiz is a featured character! Not only can you be Ortiz, but you also have three Zoo York outfits to choose from including decks, wheels, clothes and hats. Aside from Ortiz, you can be a fictional skater named Piper that rocks 3 alternate head-to-toe Zoo York outfits. Make sure you try out the Zoo York Grind Challenge during the bonus level. In celebration of Ortiz's appearance in the game, he'll be doing some mall signings across the country. Pick up your copy of Tony Hawk: SHRED and head over to the Rideshop to get all the gear from the game.

Zoo York skater Chaz Ortiz got his first win of the year at the Salt Lake City Dew Tour stop after rocking it through qualifying on Thursday and holding it down in the top 3 through the semis on Saturday. His final run edged out fellow competitors Greg Lutzka and Ryan Sheckler, putting him in 2nd place in the overall standings. If he performs at the same level in Vegas October 14-16, he can win it all. Following the Vegas weekend, Ortiz will head out to Niagra Falls for West 49’s Take the Cake contest with Zoo York teammate Brandon Westgate.
