Just when we thought last year’s entries for the annual Zappos Peeps Contest couldn’t get any better, this year’s 30 “peeptacular” entries proved us wrong!

In the spirit of Easter bunnies, chicks, marshmallows and all things sugar coated, Zapponians flexed their creative muscles to create some impressive Peeps™ dioramas depicting all kinds of pop culture themes—from Justin Timberlake’s hot new “Suit & Tie” video, to the ubiquitous “Harlem Shake” phenomenon and everything in between!

The grand prize winner went to team S.S. with their ode to the classic Converse Chuck Taylor® All Star® sneakers.

Great job everyone! Can’t wait to see what next spring’s Peeps Contest has in store!

Every spring before Easter, Zapponians take part in an annual Peeps showdown to flex their arts and craft skills as well as their fondness for the classic marshmallow treats.

There were some very creative dioramas this year including: “Dancing with the Peeps”, “Hoarding Peeps: Buried Alive”,  “Occupy Peeps Street” and the teen flick mash up —“The Hunger, Harry Potter, Twilight Games”

This year’s winner was our Brand Marketing team with their UP-inspired Peeps display (photo above). Great job everyone!

Meet John.  He is a very friendly fellow that sits on the end of my row.  Normally he is a mild-mannered Customer Loyalty Representative but sometimes... well, sometimes he is turns into a regular ol' super hero! His velvet hat and shiny sunglasses along with a fleece cape with magical powers turn him into a WOWing machine. 

Disclaimer: This was a regular day at the office, not Halloween or any other sort of dress up day, just John pulling out his super-wower powers.

Robby Gordon visited the office recently to show us his Car and talk racing with the Zappos Family. Many people know Robby from Nascar, but did you know that he started his career in Off Road Racing? He started Racing cars in 1990 after 5 consecutive Score International off-road class championships from 1986–1990.
