This week, we’re highlighting neons, stripes and of course, prom.

Neons: Whether you go bold with a statement piece or just a pop accent, neons are a must this spring/summer! The easiest way to add in a dose of bright color is through accessories. Try a fun neon clutch or cocktail ring to give your look a stylish focal point.

Prom:  With prom season upon us, we couldn’t pass up all the amazing evening dresses we currently have on the site! Stripes: Not just in the nautical realm, stripes are a perennial favorite that’s easy to wear with anything. Try a casual striped tee on the weekends or throw on a blazer over a striped V-neck for a cool look.

Read between the lines. Stripes are a summer essential you won't want to be without.

Few prints are as translatable across different styles than classic stripes. Whether you’re into classic or trendy style, stripes have the uncanny ability to fit in seamlessly into your wardrobe.

We’re particularly obsessed with  stripes for summertime, thanks in part to its nod to nautical style, which we covered in last week’s men’s Stylists’ Picks. 

The look on the left is a cool, downtown approach to stripes, while the one on the right is a more classic, country club-inspired rendition of the beloved print. Either way, stripes always add a fresh and summery vibe.

With summer in full swing, there’s definitely a deluge of nautical trends out there to dive into. The trick to pulling off the ever-popular nautical look is to keep things clean and subtle. Luckily, there are tons of nautical-inspired pieces out there for men this season that are not only super wearable, but classically stylish as well.

Below are a couple of key things to note when putting together your own nautical-inspired ensemble:

Stripes: Whether done in a lightweight sweater or a Henley tee, stripes are the cornerstone to a classic nautical look.

Crisp whites: White shorts or lightweight pants are quintessentially summer. Khaki, grey and navy are also great alternatives when it comes to bottoms or outerwear.

Boat shoes:  Whether you go for a traditional boat shoe or one of its many modern iterations, this is a classic summer staple you simply can’t go without.

Every spring, closets everywhere collectively rejoice at the arrival of a fresh crop of spring trends. This season, some of the most sought-after looks revolve around two beloved prints: florals and stripes. It's not hard to see why fashion lovers the world over continuously turn to these style staples season after season. Florals capture a youthful femininity that’s both classic and fresh. Stripes on the other hand, capture a crisp, clean aesthetic that gives a nod to a classic nautical look. If you’re on the more fashion-forward, adventurous side, why not mix these two prints together? Go for a bold floral paired with more subdued stripes, or vice versa!

The first ensemble above is the perfect specimen of boho casual. The comfy and utterly pretty Lucky Brand Catalina Floral Top billows over a pair of slightly slouchy and totally of-the-moment AG Ex-Boyfriend Shorts.  A pair of Sam Edelman Louie fringed ankle boots complements the relaxed, flower-power feel of this whole look. Moving on to stripes; the next ensemble is a fun and colorful take on the trend.
