Delicious Chocolate Malt

½ cup cold milk

¼ cup carbonated water

3 tbsp. malted milk powder

½ tsp. vanilla extract

2 big scoops of chocolate ice cream (or your choice of flavor)

Put all ingredients together into the canister of your drinks mixer, adding the ice cream last. Blend until smooth.

Old-Fashioned Strawberry Banana Milkshake

1 medium banana

4 stawberries sliced

½ cup cold whole milk

1 cup strawberry ice cream

Put all ingredients together into the canister of your drinks mixer, adding the ice cream last. Blend until smooth for about 5 minutes. Serve in milkshake glasses and top with whipped cream if desired.

2. After the sauce thickens from boiling for a few minutes, strain into another saucepan.

3. Add truffle oil, both cheeses and mix over low heat in your new Swissmar fondue set.

4. Garnish with truffles.

5. Blanch and shock artichokes, bok choy, white asparagus, baby carrots and haricots. Grill artichoke, bok choy and asparagus. Serve alongside hot fondue for dipping.
