It takes a lot of hard work, determination and creativity in order to keep the Zappos culture alive and well. We’re seeing a lot of new culture trends going on at the office and I love it! Today’s new trend is the “Totally Awesome Sandwich Board” in the lunch room.

Here’s how it works:
Are you a Captain Crunch, Pixie Stick sandwich kind of person? Do you wish everyone at Zappos could see your fabulous creation and make it themselves?!? Well then you are in luck! Starting this week you can submit your funky, creative sandwiches in the lunchroom next to our totally awesome sandwich board!! Yours could be selected as the sandwich of the week and be displayed for all to see…. and make!! Just fill out a slip next to the board as you walk into the lunchroom and we will pick a new one each week. Create a little fun and weirdness, Zappos!
