A rep for actor Josh Duhamel is calling all the rumors about the actor cheating on his wife Fergie with a stripper completely false. The National Enquirer reported that Josh cheated on Fergie with a stripper named Nicole Forrester who goes by the stage name of “Delilah” while filming a movie in Atlanta. The rep stated, “This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity.” He added that the “story is absolutely ridiculous.” E! Online is reporting that they received an email from Forrester’s attorney and stated that she passed a polygraph test about being with Josh. Josh and Fergie were married on January 10, 2009.

Jessica Simpson , who is not having the best luck in the relationship department lately, says that she wants an “intellectual” and “spiritual man.” She says that she can get bored quite easily and needs someone who will keep her “intrigued,” as well as “inspire” her. The singer has not been linked to anybody since Tony Romo broke up with her the day before her 29th birthday in July. So, we are talking about a woman who confuses tuna with chicken and she wants an intellectual man so she doesn’t get bored? Very interesting.

Miley Cyrus is one of the most popular celebrities when it comes to tweens (9-15 year old), but she is also the worst celebrity influence for that age group as well. In a survey on the AOL’s JSYK.com 42% of the voters voted for Miley as being the worst celebrity influence of 2009. The website is aimed specifically at the tween age group. Britney Spears came in second and Kanye West came in third in the poll. There were no reasons given behind the voting decisions, but if you take a look back at the year that Miley had you may see why she was number one on the list. She dated a 20-year-old model, had some racy outfits that she wore to the red carpet events, was accused of pole dancing during a performance at an awards show, and took some rather controversial photographs that were released online. On the other hand, Miley’s friend Taylor Swift was voted favorite female artist while Miley took 4th in that category.

Just when it seemed that Jessica Simpson had finally found lasting love, another of the singer’s relationships has ended on a sour note. Simpson and Tony Romo, a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys , first started dating in November 2007. The relationship seemed to sail smoothly, with Simpson and Romo going on double dates and attending her sister Ashlee’s wedding in May 2008. The relationship recently ended abruptly, with Romo banning Simpson from his residential complex. The ban apparently wasn’t necessary, as Simpson reportedly paid $19,000 to have all of her belongings shipped to her from his residence overnight. To make matters worse for Simpson, two of her ex loves – Nick Lachey and John Mayer – have made it a point to tell the press they do not want her back. Ouch! Hopefully, Jessica will eventually find a relationship that works.

It looks like Britney Spears has come back from the edge of crazy – hopefully for good. Her father, Jamie Spears, has been in charge of her affairs since the judge appointed him conservator several months ago. After Britney’s transformation from a head-shaving, rehab-hopping mess to a girl with a new man and her own tour, sources say Britney’s father is ready to give Britney back control of her life. Although he can’t ask the judge to end the conservatorship, he can ask the judge to review it and determine if it is still necessary. Sources say that should happen once her current tour comes to an end.

Singing sensation Miley Cyrus may have her moments of teenage indiscretion, but that’s nothing compared to the frightening crazy of her most recent stalker. 53-year-old Georgia resident Mark McLeod is obsessed with Miley, and recently made some frightening statements to police in Georgia. McLeod says he wants to marry Miley, has mailed her two diamond rings and has more than 2,000 pictures of her on his computer. He claimed that Miley had asked him to come see her. Officers became especially concerned when McLeod said “I will…be with Miley. We’re supposed to be together and (the cops) couldn’t stop it.” Police in Georgia immediately contacted the Los Angeles Police Department (where Miley lives) to advise them of the potential threat.

The news of R&B star Usher and his wife Tameka Foster getting a divorce came as no big shock for people who were close to the couple. A source told PEOPLE, “No one I’ve spoken to is surprised. As bad as this is gonna sound, it was never a matter of ‘I wonder if they’ll divorce,’ but more like ‘I wonder WHEN they’ll divorce.” Sources close to the couple even said that the marriage was doomed before it even started. “They peaked before they even got married. Right after it was over, they started to drift apart. Usher just wasn’t ready to settle down, at least not with her.” The reason for the breakup was apparently Usher’s bachelor ways and no third party played a part in the divorce. The couple got married in September 2007 after canceling a planned wedding in July 2007. They have two children together.

It didn’t take long for Miley Cyrus to get over her boyfriend Justin Gaston. Only a week after calling it quits, Miley was seen with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. Miley told a radio station, “He’s my best friend, and we still hang out all the time, and we’ve definitely reconnected. We don’t know what’s going to happen in the future, but right now we’re just kicking it and hanging out as much as we can.” The Hannah Montana star was spotted with the Jonas brother playing on the beach and jet skiing on the island of Tybee, where she is filming her movie The Last Song. Miley and Nick broke up in December of 2007 after secretly dating for several months. Cyrus has talked about the breakup and how bad it was for her, but is happy that the two have reconnected now.

Lindsay Lohan is being accused of stealing once again. She is being accused of stealing jewelry that was used for a photo shoot that she did for Elle in London. This is not the first time that she has been accused of stealing. She was accused last year of stealing a college student’s mink coat from a night club. She was also accused of stealing clothing from Louis Vuitton for a photo shoot she did back in 2007. Could Lindsay be having money problems that she needs to steal? Let’s face it, she has not worked in some time.

After welcoming a daughter less than a year ago, The Office’s Angela Kinsey has decided to separate from her husband Warren Lieberstein. The couple has one daughter, Isabel, who was born last May, and they have been married for 8 years. Her rep tells US Magazine, “Angela and Warren are taking some time apart to ­figure out what is best for their relationship.” The couple is still on friendly terms.

Taylor Swift, 19, is telling Rolling Stone just how innocent she is. She tells the magazine that she lives a pretty sheltered life. She has never had one drop of alcohol, never smoked a cigarette and still lives in her childhood room in her parents’ house. She says she relates more to people like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, even though she is 3 years older than them. She also goes on to say that she will never be one of those people like Lindsay Lohan that are out all night partying and who rebel. Her idea of rebelling is driving in her car wherever she wants to go after being on a tour bus for 2 months. Whatever people may think about Taylor Swift, I’d rather have my teenage daughter look up to her and be “uncool” than idolize someone like Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan.

According to the New York Post’s Page Six, actress Rachel Bilson and her boyfriend, actor Hayden Christensen got engaged. According to a friend of the couple, Hayden and Rachel got engaged back in December. No wedding date has been set yet. When asked by People if the couple was engaged, Rachel’s rep commented, “I don’t comment on my clients’ personal lives.”
