Actor Tom Sizemore is dealing with some baby momma drama. His ex-girlfriend is suing the Black Hawk Down actor for allegedly not paying his child support for his 4-year-old twins. Jinele McIntire filed papers with the L.A. Courts claiming that Sizemore owes her more than $58,000 in back child support. She is calling Sizemore a “dead beat dad” as she also claims that he has not visited his sons since earlier this year. The lawsuit makes allegations that the actor has made over $400,000 in reality television appearances, particularly his stints on VH1’s Sober House and Celebrity Rehab, and McIntire has not seen a penny of that money for the kids. She is also seeking health insurance for the twins and for him to pay the attorney fees. If this is true, then Tom Sizemore needs to man up and take care of his kids!

Paris Hilton was one happy heiress this past week. Last year Paris had over $2 million worth of jewelry stolen from her home and she was able to retrieve some of that jewelry. Her publicist told PEOPLE, “Paris went to the police station last night to retrieve her stolen belongings. She didn’t get everything but fortunately most of her jewelry was returned. She is really pleased and thankful to the LAPD for their help.”

The same alleged burglars who stole Paris’s valuables are now being charged with the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson and Orlando Bloom. There are 5 suspected members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, with 4 of them being under the age of 20. The police have taken hold of computers from one of the suspected burglar’s home and found many different searches for celebrities and where they live. They also found some of the stolen items from other celebrities as well as drugs and firearms. It is suspected that 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the ringleader for the group. Apparently the teen has an obsession with celebrity fashion and that was the driving force behind the thefts.

The guy who was arrested for the break-ins of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge’s homes may just have a personal connection to Lindsay Lohan. Nick Prugo, who is only 18, has been charged with burglary of both Lohan’s and Patridge’s home, but the story doesn’t end there. Apparently some of her co-workers from her movie Labor Pains, which was filmed last year, have said that Lindsay and Nick were spotted together on the set several times. Prugo was charged with cocaine possession last year and was placed in a drug rehab program. He was also charged with a DUI last month. Could Lindsay and Nick really have been friends? Is this a friendship or drug relationship gone wrong? I’m sure the more time goes on, more of the truth will come out.

Could newlywed Alyssa Milano soon be expanding her family? Alyssa and David Bugliari, an agent, were married on August 15th in David’s home state of New Jersey. The actress told Usmagazine.com that married life so far is “blissful” and “doesn’t really feel any different yet.” She also went on to reveal that although they have no real plans for children quite yet, she did say, “I think we are just going to go with the flow. So we’ll see what happens. But I am getting older. Gotta get on it!” So, we may just be seeing the actress sporting maternity clothes sooner than you think.

Could there be a new celebrity couple on the horizon? Jason Segal from How I Met Your Mother was seen locking lips with Big Love actress Chloe Sevigny at the HBO Emmy party. They were apparently in a corner making out and only stopped when they noticed that people were looking at them. The couple left the party together but it is not known if they kept their own party going with the same ride home or parted ways after leaving the building. Could it have been the thrill of the Emmys, the alcohol that was flowing or are they really going to be a new Hollywood couple?

Rihanna and Chris Brown were no shows at the Grammy awards. They were originally scheduled to perform at the Grammy’s, but due to personal reasons they both backed out. Chris Brown is under investigation for an alleged domestic violence battery charge. According to the L.A. police department, Brown and an unidentified female were in their car when an argument broke out. Both the woman and Chris Brown got out of the car where the argument escalated even farther. When police arrived, Chris Brown was already gone from the scene, and the female had visible injuries. So, who was this unidentified female? Rihanna? The two were seen early that night together at Clive Davis‘ Pre-Grammy party, and she backed out of the Grammy’s right before the show. I have a feeling somehow this will be leaked to the press, and we will know who it was sooner or later.

It seems that Prince Harry has blown Paris Hilton off. Paris Hilton had plans to meet Prince Harry for a date, but right before the date, Prince Harry called it off. Prince Harry, who is newly single after breaking up with his girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, asked one of his bodyguards to call Paris to break off the meeting. Hilton is in the UK to promote her new series Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend. Paris was not happy at all with being blown off by Prince Harry. Good for Prince Harry. He needs to stay as far away as possible from Paris Hilton. I don’t know how she even got the date with him in the first place.

US Weekly Magazine is reporting that Lauren Conrad from The Hills has moved out of her house that she shared with her best friend Lo. A source tells the magazine that, “a home’s a big responsibility, and with her schedule it didn’t make sense. A condo is more manageable for a 23 year old with a budding career.” So, what they were in the home for a year? Maybe she couldn’t afford it anymore now that Audrina moved out?

How does actress Melissa Joan Hart stay fit? Well, it appears that she has her hands full with her two little boys. She says that taking care of her two boys, Mason, 3, and Braydon, 8 months, is “a constant workout.” She also says that with how busy they are she forgets to eat or doesn’t have time, and with all the heavy lifting she is getting her exercise in. I wonder if this means that Melissa Joan Hart is putting acting on the back burner for awhile also. I don’t recall her acting in anything in the past year. The last thing I remember seeing her in was a Christmas movie that was on last year in which she kidnapped Mario Lopez to take to her family’s for Christmas.

Nia Vardalos, who is best known for her role in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and her husband, Ian Gomez, have adopted a little girl. The girl’s name has not been released, and they actually adopted her several months ago. This is the couple’s first child. They are just now speaking out about their experience for National Adoption Month. They wanted to bring attention to all the children who are currently in foster homes and need to be adopted. I really commend this couple for adopting a little girl that is actually from the United States and came from a foster home right here in the U.S.

For all those people that thought that this was going to be last season of the television show The Hills, you thought wrong. Star of the show, Audrina Patridge, has confirmed that the show is going to have a 5th season. Audrina also states that being able to film The Hills is getting harder and harder because many of the cast members are doing their own things and have their own interests. Audrina wants to pursue more movies, while Whitney now has her own spin-off show. Lauren is dating actor Kyle Howard, who has a contract with another show he is on and thus can’t appear on camera. Lauren is also busy with her fashion line. In my opinion, they should just stop with this season, end it here and let these people move on with their own things.

Well, there seems to be more drama in the hills with Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge. There is a rumor going around in the online world that Lauren hooked up with Audrina’s on-and-off-again boyfriend Justin Bobby. Lauren is denying all the reports and rumors that she hooked up with Justin Bobby. In fact, it seems like she is blaming the one and only Spencer Pratt for spreading the rumor about her. Now, anyone who has watched “The Hills,” knows that Lauren couldn’t stand Justin Bobby, so why would she hook up with him? She always thought he was gross and that Audrina deserved better. For once, I actually believe Lauren and think she didn’t do anything with Justin Bobby, and if she did then she has some problems!

Howard Stern is once again a married man. Stern married his fiancée, Beth Ostrosky on October 3 at Le Cirque restaurant in New York. Among the guests that attended the wedding were Jimmy Kimmel, Kelly Ripa, Silver Silverman, Joan Rivers, John Stamos and Barbara Walters. Best of all, they had actor Mark Consuelos act as the official of the wedding vows, while entertainers Billy Joel, Phoebe Snow and Pat Monahan all performed at the wedding. Who wants to bet how long this celebrity marriage is going to last? In my opinion, it will end the same way as Howard’s first marriage did … in divorce.

Finally, justice has been served. Former football player and actor O.J. Simpson has been found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping. The verdict came down exactly 13 years after he was acquitted of murdering his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. Simpson was convicted of all 12 counts against him for an incident that involved sports memorabilia in Las Vegas last year. The charges hold a mandatory 5 years in prison and up to a life sentence. Sentencing on this case will be held on Dec. 5 for Simpson.
