What do you do in your spare time:
I play in a band and spend quality time with my wife and doggie. We are really into family and spend a lot of time with our relatives. We like to travel and go to festivals. I probably spend most of my free time finding new music.

Who or what inspires you and why:
I'm inspired by my coworkers at Zappos because they truly care about the people we serve. I have never been in an environment that promotes togetherness like Zappos.
