As an internal Goals Coach for the Zappos Family, I coach team members who set a thirty (30) day realistic goal. The goal can be personal or professional and is completely confidential with no connection to the HR Department or tied to performance-based issues. This service is provided to all team members to assist them in discovering their higher self and purpose of fulfillment of their values and happiness!

I have been with Zappos.com, Inc. for four years and has held positions such as Sr. Rep in ZCLT (Customer Loyalty Team), CLT Team Lead and now Goals Coach. I recently completed my training for coaching at The Coaches Institute in San Raphael, CA and am currently going through my certification process.
